Marketing Coordinator - fulltime | in-office
TBE Architects is seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our St. Louis office. This full-time position is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented marketing professional who enjoys both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in advancing TBE’s brand, supporting business development efforts, and telling the story of our work with Tribal gaming and hospitality across North America.

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator who embodies these values and enjoys contributing to a collaborative, supportive studio culture.

Position Overview
The Marketing Coordinator will collaborate closely with firm leadership and project teams to produce compelling marketing content and materials. Responsibilities include proposal coordination, website and social media management, conference and tradeshow marketing, and the creation of print and digital advertising.

Primary Responsibilities

Prepare, coordinate, and edit responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), RFQs, and SOQs, including assembling graphics, staff resumes, and project descriptions

Maintain and update the company website, ensuring content is current, accurate, and visually engaging

Develop marketing materials for conferences, tradeshows, and client presentations

Create print and digital advertisements for industry publications and targeted campaigns

Manage and maintain TBE’s social media presence, contributing to a consistent and professional brand voice

Coordinate with consultants, printers, and external vendors as needed

Help organize and maintain marketing databases, project photography, and proposal assets

Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Journalism, or equivalent experience
-
2+ years of professional marketing experience, preferably in the AEC industry, or professional services
-
Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail
-
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign required; Photoshop and Illustrator preferred)

Familiarity with website content management systems and social media platforms
-
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Experience responding to RFP’s is a strong plus
