BOOKKEEPER - fulltime
TBE Architects, an award-winning hospitality design firm specializing in casinos, hotels, and resorts, is seeking a talented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team. With over 50 years of experience in the industry, we offer a range of services including master-planning, programming, architecture, interior design, and construction administration. As a mid-sized design firm known for our expertise in Resort, Hotel and Casino design, we have a unique focus on Native American casinos. QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Public/Business Administration and/or other associated fields or technical school degree in a related field is preferred.

Financial:

Previous experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office is required.

Previous experience with Factor software is desirable.

Coordinate payroll services provider.

Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Invoicing

Reconcile Bank Accounts
Office:

Regularly monitor personnel policies, procedures, and practices.

Manage, and administer employee benefits programs, including health care plans, long-term disability, worker’s compensation, unemployment, retirement, etc.

Manage personnel files
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Bookkeeper serves the financial and human resources needs of TBE Architects. The Bookkeeper will have the primary day-to-day responsibility alongside the executive team to implement, manage, and record all financial-related activities of the firm. This is an office position in which work is performed in the TBE Architects office.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position may supervise assigned personnel, including support staff.
