ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER - fulltime

TBE Architects is a mid-sized (under 30 person) design firm that accomplishes nationally recognized large scale hospitality work across North America. We are specialists in Resort, Hotel and Casino design, with a specialization of Native American casinos. We work on projects ranging from $50M to $400M. Our work is fun, rewarding and makes a difference in the lives of the clients we partner with.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution (accredited Interior Design degree may also be considered).

  • Proficient in REVIT (Required)
    Experience in hospitality design (Preferred)

  • Microsoft Office

  • Familiarity with Sketch Up, Lumion, Adobe Premier, Adobe Photoshop

  • Deadline and detail-oriented

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to multi-task and participate in several projects simultaneously

  • St. Louis, MO 63132: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)    

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work directly with the Design Principal and Creative Director during Concept Design phase.

  • Assist in quick iterative studies to review multiple design alternatives.

  • Prepare graphics and documentation for client presentations including 3-D modeling for use in developing renderings and animations.

  • Continue to work with Design and Project Management from Concept Design through Design Development phases ……for both interior as well as exterior

  • Cultivate fresh ideas and detailed project solutions with your team.

  • Assist with developing construction documentation and detailing.
